RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All claims (returns and refunds or exchanges) must be submitted in advance to our customer service. Before returning goods, please contact us by email at [email protected]
Return without justification*
You get a delay of 30 days from delivery to change your mind and return the item(s) ordered without justification. We specify that the return costs are paid by the customer.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete, with labels, new, unworn and unwashed.
- Items returned incomplete or damaged, deteriorated or sled by the customer will not be refunded.
- Once the goods received, checked and accepted by our services, refund will be made on your credit card or Paypal account within 30 days after receiving the items.
Packaging and/or product damaged
Each order shipped is prepared and inspected carefully. If the package delivered present some damage, please accept the delivery while posing claims.
At the time of opening, if the product is damaged, we apply our exchange policy.

Products purchased in store and not online
Our policy does not include products purchased in Triangle des Bermudas’ shops or resellers. Only the products purchased on triangle-des-bermudes.com can be returned and exchanged.
